Josiah L. Go
Josiah Go is the Chairman and Chief Marketing Strategist of Mansmith and Fielders, Inc. (www.mansmith.net), the leading marketing and sales training company in the Philippines. He is also President and CEO of Waters Philippines, the market leader in the direct selling of premium health durable products in the Philippines and Chairman of Noah Ventures, Inc. and Gosingtian Ventures, Inc., both investment companies.
Known as one of the country’s most respected marketing gurus, he is considered as the most awarded business educator of the Philippines. Having been recognized as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Men (TOYM) of the Philippines in 2001 and as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons (TOYP) of the World in 2002, he is the first and only Filipino recipient in Business Education given by World Jaycees. Earlier in 1994, he was recognized as one of the Agora Awardees for Marketing Education by the Philippine Marketing Association. Most recently, he was given the rare Lifetime Achievement Award by the Association of Marketing Educators (2007), the youngest marketing educator to be bestowed this honor, as well as the Brand Leadership Award during the World Brand Congress in India (2009)
He is also the first Filipino to have completed the Blue Ocean Strategy qualification process in Insead, France and is the first in Southeast Asia to have taught this as a 3-unit, full semester course in a university. His current interests include Market-Driving Strategies, Business Model Innovation, Profit Strategy and Entrepreneurship.
He trains and/or consults with many local and multinational companies and has handled over 500 seminar-workshops. A bestselling author with over twelve marketing books, Josiah has taught at the De La Salle and Ateneo Universities as well. He took advance marketing programs at Kellogg, Wharton, MIT Sloan and at the London Business School. His industry affiliations include being National President of the Philippine Marketing Association (1991), Chairman of the Direct Selling Association of the Philippines (2002) and National President of the Association of Marketing Educators in 2004-2005. An entrepreneur and marketing practitioner, he continues to be involved in various advocacies aimed at youth empowerment and entrepreneurship namely, the Mansmith Young Market Masters Awards (Mansmith YMMA), the Marketing Rescue, the Mansmith Blue Freedom Fund and the MarkProf Foundation.
Chiqui Escareal-Go
Chiqui Escareal-Go is the President and Chief Service Strategist of Mansmith and Fielders, Inc., an advocacy-based marketing, sales, innovation and strategy training and consultancy company. She heads the Mansmith Training Group which includes Corporate Achievers Institute, Day 8 Business Academy, Inc. and ConnectingMavens, Inc.
She is also Vice Chair and Executive Director of Waters Philippines. (Waters is the market leader in the premium segment of home water purifiers, as well as the importer of the Noah ion cell cleanse).
She actively set up, organized or strongly supported various advocacies both for business and personal endeavors such as the Mansmith Young Market Masters Awards, and the Market Masters Conference, where 100% net proceeds go to charity in the areas of education and youth empowerment. She is a founding trustee of MarkProf Foundation, Inc., which is the search for and training of the Top 25 marketing management trainees of the Philippines and manages a P5 million AME-Mansmith marketing scholarship grant for marketing professors (since 1997). She is also president of the Josiah and Carolina Go Foundation that provides various scholarships and assistance to less fortunate young Filipinos.
She is a Certified Master Coach (certified by the Behavioral Coaching Institute) and is a member of the International Coaching Council. Chiqui also took advance marketing programs at the Harvard Business School, Columbia Business School (Ceibs campus), Kellogg Business School at Northwestern University, Burke Institute (USA) and University of California, Berkeley.
Chiqui is a graduate of the De La Salle University with a double degree in AB Communication Arts and BSC Marketing Management (Accelerated Program). She took her M.A. English Language and Literature Teaching degree at the Ateneo de Manila University and is a certified Appreciative Inquiry Training Facilitator (certified by the Company of Experts, USA). She is currently a member for the Board of Trustees of Kythe Inc. and St. Paul College Pasig. She has written/ co-written 4 marketing and entrepreneurship books.
Chiqui was one of the awardees for Outstanding Filipina Entrepreneurs 2011 in the Trailblazer category. She has delivered papers on Appreciative Inquiry in Singapore and Japan which had been published in the RELC Journal Singapore in 2006. She conducts seminars on marketing, business execution, people skills, selling skills, presentation and communication skills, appreciative inquiry, energizing sales teams through positive communication, leadership and breakthrough service.
She is the wife of Josiah Go and the mother of Chase, Juju, Tricia and Calel Gosingtian. She volunteers her training services for public school teachers and often wishes she could do more in this area of education and youth empowerment.
Rowen Paul A. Untivero
With 20 years training and consulting experience, 24 years of sales and negotiation practice, injector of science in sales and negotiation via original framework & processes and pioneering developer of the mathematics of negotiation and the strategic nego-mapping methodology.
Graduated Cum Laude at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, with a bachelor’s degree in BS Economics, a pinned member of two prestigious international honor societies: Phi Kappa Phi International Honor Society and Pi Gamma Mu International Honor Society for Social Sciences; supplemented by MBA studies in De La Salle University and the attendance to numerous seminars and conferences in sales, marketing, management, and leadership.
Rowen is a valuable combination of being a training master, a seasoned and successful practitioner of marketing, sales and general management, an educator, a co-author, a columnist and a consultant. As an educator, he has taught marketing and sales subjects in Ateneo de Manila University and St. Scholastica’s College. He has been sought as speaker for numerous conventions and conferences of varied industries as well as the academe.
Rowen has also been Director of the Boards of the Advertising Board of the Philippines (ADBOARD) and Philippine Association of National Advertisers (PANA). He also became a trustee for the PANA Foundation. He was also twice Vice President of the Philippine Marketing Association (PMA). He is also active in several of the Mansmith-initiated foundations.
Emilio “Bong” C. Macasaet III
Bong is the Chief Distribution Strategist, Partner and Senior Consultant of Mansmith and Fielders, Inc. in the area of sales management and metrics.
He brings with him very extensive and intensive sales experiences gained from both local and multinational companies like Gillette, Nestle, L`oreal, Metrolab and RFM Corporation. He has introduced and implemented successful sales strategies and tactics in almost all trade channels of consumer products all over the country. He organized the very first sales force of Metrolab in the National Capital Region, and re-organized sales groups of L’Oreal and RFM Corporation into successful sales organizations. Bong has conducted various sales seminars and training programs within the organizations he worked for including for affiliate companies in Singapore and Thailand.
He worked his way up from a Van Salesman, and was progressively promoted up to Vice President of Sales & Distribution. Bong recently retired from his corporate life and is now the President of his own distribution company.
Bong is an accounting graduate and has an eye for finance, a rare qualification among senior executives in sales management. He obtained his MBA from Ateneo De Manila University and was a former professor at the De La Salle Graduate School of Business. He is also taking his doctorate in Business Administration at the same university.
Malu Dy Buncio
Malu is Mansmith’s Chief Business Development Strategist. For almost twenty years, she has worked for Avon worldwide at all levels to develop the company’s performance and leadership. She served as the Executive Director for Regional and Business Development for Asia Pacific under Avon Products – Asia Pacific Regional Office where she successfully opened Avon Vietnam. She was the General Manager of Avon Cosmetics, Inc. (Philippines.) when the company has received two Chairman’s Awards for exemplary business performance and the Best Employers of the Philippines Award from The Asian Wall Street Journal in partnership with Hewitt Associates and the Far Eastern Monitor.
She successfully managed Avon Indonesia as the President Director, despite the worst political and economic crisis in Indonesia where she received the Chairman’s Pathfinder Award for ‘managing thru Political Crises’ in 1998.
When she was a Business Development Manager at Avon Pacific, Inc (Regional office) and Avon Products Mfg., Inc (Philippines), she established and coached distributorships in Singapore, Brunei, Fiji, Nauru, Papua New Guinea. She also pioneered Playtex Intimate Apparel for Avon.
Malu has been a management and business consultant for some of the biggest and looked upon corporations in the country for quite sometime now. These corporations include The First Commercial Bank, Insular life, Swedish Match Corporation, the media giant ABS-CBN Broadcasting Corporation, and also, Filinvest Properties Inc.
Malu completed basic course in Interior Design at the Philippine School of Interior Design. Her educational background includes a Business Management Program at Asian Institute of Management. She graduated with Bachelor of Arts Degree Majoring in Communication Arts at Assumption College where her thesis was bestowed with the Marie Eugenie Award.
All through her career, she received awards and citations for her outstanding management which include the 1999 Pathfinder Award for Unleashing Beauty from the Chairman of the Board, Avon Products Inc. In the same year, she received the Asia Pacific Agora Award for Marketing Excellence by Philippine Marketing Association. And back in 1995 she was a Chairman’s Leadership Awardee cited by the Chairman of the Board, Avon Products Inc.
Benedicto “Poch” Cid Jr.
Poch is the Chief Brand Adviser of Mansmith and Fielders, Inc. He brings with him almost 30 years of both rigorous and broad experience in the fields of marketing, research, management and business development.
His most recent post prior to joining Mansmith was with The Nielsen Company (Philippines) Inc., for which he served as Managing Director. His thorough understanding of a wide array of industries stems from his experience in handling senior posts for different companies that include: IDS Marketing Philippines (General Manager), Fonterra Philippines (where Poch worked his way up to the General Manager post), Kellogg Philippines (Commercial Director) and Gillette Asia Pacific (during which time he was stationed in Sydney, Australia, and also rose from the ranks all the way up to the General Manager position).
Other companies for which he held marketing and managerial posts include Richardson-Vicks Philippines and Procter & Gamble.
He is currently serving on the Philippine Advertising Standards Council as a screener of advertising: vetting advertising materials for conformity with ASC standards prior to production and use.

Donald Patrick L. Lim, Ph D.
Donald is Mansmith’s Chief e-Marketing Strategist. He is currently the Managing Director of MRM Worldwide Manila, the digital marketing arm of McCann Erickson Advertising Group. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Yehey Corporation, the Philippine’s no.1 search engine and Internet portal. Where he took the helm of a bleeding company and turned it around by reverse engineering the business model and transforming the company into a digital marketing holding company that is now dominating its market niche. He was also President and CEO of Media Contacts Manila, a joint venture company between Yehey Corporation and Europe’s largest interactive conglomerate Havas Digital.
Before Yehey, Donald used to be the Vice President of Marketing of the Philippine Daily Inquirer where he started as a division head and manager of classifieds, moving up to become assistant vice president, and eventually vice president, all in a span of three years, after doubling the revenues of the Classifieds department, launching new Inquirer products, and pioneering award winning marketing projects and promotions.
Donald is a product of the management program of the Ateneo de Manila University, and finished his MBA with distinction from Murdoch University. He has finished his dissertation in mass media for his DBA program with the University of Phoenix. Apart from these, Donald also has a diploma in Interior Decorating, a Diploma in Executive Management, and a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Finally, Donald has finished Pelmanism from the Pelman Institute in Sydney, Australia.
He is one of the youngest to serve as President of the Philippine Marketing Association, the biggest gathering of marketing professionals in the Philippines. He is also the founding President of the Internet and Mobile Marketing Association of the Philippines.
