In this session, our panelists will answer questions like:

The marketing management process starts with opportunity-seeking and not with marketing mix formulation. • What are ways to effectively seek business opportunities?

      • Do you have a thin slicing process for seeking opportunities?

      • What do you do to mitigate the risk of new launches, new projects, and new businesses in order to have higher odds of succeeding?

      • When do you need to abandon an opportunity and what are the signs to look out for if you need to do so?

      • How can large companies be better than start-ups in opportunity-seeking and innovation, and the other way around?
